Servers upgrade
March 30th, 2013

We have started a process of upgrading all our servers and adding a lot more bandwidth in order to deliver the state-of-the-art service you would expect from VidBux.

We are doing our best to make this process quick and smooth, but please note that during this period some of the content will be temporarily unavailable.

Please make sure that your have selected the proper Payment type under My Account.

Had problems getting paid by Payoneer?
If your pending monthly payments were being rolled back to your account (in previous payment cycles), it means that we were unable to complete your payment transaction.
The most common cause is that your Payoneer account is not properly linked to your VidBux account.
This happens when a payee has already applied for a Payoneer card from another site and his VidBux account is not linked to that card.

In that case:
1) Go to My Account.
2) Select your proper payment type (Pre-Paid Card or ACH/Wire) from the drop-down box.
3) Click on the link that will appear below the drop-box ("Click here to order your Pre-Paid MasterCard" or "Click here to register for ACH / Wire payments")
4) You are now redirected to Payoneer's registration page.
5) Click on "Already applied for a Payoneer account?"
6) Fill in your existing Payoneer account details and security questions and click "continue" (follow the instructions from there).
7) Your VidBux and Payoneer accounts are now linked and ready to recieve payments.

We hope that this info was helpful and solves the problem that several affliates encountered while trying to recieve a payment from us.

Datacenter migration

We are in a process of migration from our current datacenter to a new one with better network and hardware.

Several servers will not be accessible during the migration.

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue may cause.



Slow speeds in the last few days

Unfortunately we are experiencing several networking problems in the past few days that effects our servers, which results in a very poor streaming speeds.
We are investigation this issue with the help of our Datacenter and we hope to resolve it as soon as possible.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.



Rewards Program payments through PayPal
February 02th, 2012

We are sorry to announce that PayPal is not longer a payment option for our Rewards Program.

Yesterday we have received the following announcement from our PayPal payments processor:
"We regret to inform you that PayPal is no longer a payment option through us. Although we feel this is unjust, PayPal has made the decision."

To make things clear, the announcement was sent network-wide, and has nothing to do with us specifically.

Please register today for a Payoneer Pre-Paid Card (The link for registration will appear on "My Account" after you choose "VidBux Pre-Paid Card" as your preferred payment option.

Since we are trying to minimize the effect of this announcement on our users, we will issue a second round of payments this month.
The list of payments will be closed on the 15th of February, so please make sure you update your payment method to "VidBux Pre-Paid Card" before that date.
Payees who will not update their payment method before the 15th of February, will have their payment delayed to the next payment cycle.

With that being said, we are trying to find an alternative payment processor that will support PayPal too, but don't hold your breath.
